The porous structure of the clay filters out the chlorine and pollution residues that can be found in water. It has been scientifically proven that, in bead form, clay is capable of purifying drinking water that may contain low levels of pollutants. After filtration, the result is pleasant-tasting tap water.

Although tap water is controlled, it can contain many micropollutants. If you’re looking for complete filtration, you can combine our Kishu Binchotan with our ceramic beads to free the water of these undesirable components while preserving the water’s minerals.

How to use our zero-waste filtering carafe

Our filtering carafe is very easy to use: simply insert the ceramic beads into the stainless steel filter and wait 30 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, the water is purified and tastes great. You can then remove the filter containing the pearls to serve yourself.

Ceramic beads have a minimum shelf life of 10 years. After ten years, you can use them as plant fertilizer. So we’re offering you a truly zero-waste decanter!

Our borosilicate glass filtering carafe is resistant to extreme temperatures. So you can put it in the dishwasher for effective cleaning. If you don’t have a dishwasher, a brush on a handle is all you need.
