Carafe 1.6L ceramic beads EM + activated carbon Binchotan

A zero-waste alternative to plastic bottles

Does your tap water taste bad and are you suspicious of its constituents? With our zero-waste filtering carafe, you can purify your water naturally by combining the effects of activated carbon and ceramic beads.

  • Ceramic pearls give you water with low limescale, reduced acidity and improved taste.
  • With Binchotan activated carbon, your water will be virtually free of heavy metals and chemicals
  • Both will eliminate most of the chlorine present in your water.

So you can drink naturally purified tap water, which tastes better and is healthier than water from plastic bottles.

If your water isn’t hard, you can simply buy our Kishu filtering carafe and Binchotan kit. If, on the other hand, you’re confident in the quality of your tap water, but your water is hard, you can turn to our filtering carafe and ceramic beads kit.

An economical, multi-purpose carafe

Our carafe’s large-capacity filter allows you to :

  • Purify your water with ceramic beads
  • Flavor your water with fruit
  • Infuse tea or herbal tea.

A 1.5L bottle costs an average of 0.62 cents in France. With our filtering carafe, you can filter between 4.5 carafes of 1.5L water a day, saving €2.79 every day. After 6 months, that’s €502 in savings. All in a zero-waste approach.

What’s more, our carafe has a large capacity of 1.6L. It’s graduated, so you can keep track of your daily water consumption. So you can easily follow the daily recommendations.

Fast, zero-waste and complete

Filtering your water naturally couldn’t be simpler. Insert the ceramic beads and activated carbon into the stainless steel filter and wait 4 hours. The water is purified, free of heavy metals and unpleasant taste. You can then remove the filter containing the pearls and activated carbon to serve yourself.

Ceramic beads have a minimum shelf-life of 10 years, while activated carbon has a shelf-life of 6 months. Both can be recycled at the end of their useful life. For example, you can turn them into fertilizer for your plants!

For cleaning: our carafe is resistant to extreme temperatures, so it’s suitable for dishwasher cleaning. If you don’t have a dishwasher, a brush on a handle will do.
