Shipping
Your parcels are shipped via Colissimo or tracked letter (La Poste) within 24 to 48 hours after your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high activity, shipping times may be extended.
To inform you that your parcel has left our warehouse, an email is sent to you with the tracking number.
Shipping Fees
- Private Customers
We offer free Mondial Relay delivery for all orders in mainland France from €50 of purchase.
To find the relay point closest to you, you can visit the official Mondial Relay website.
Below this amount, Mondial Relay shipping fees are €6.
If you choose home delivery, the fee is €7.50, regardless of the order amount.
Shipping costs for French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) are €25 excluding VAT.
For all countries within the European Union, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country before you confirm your order.

Returns and Refunds
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving your order. We recommend contacting us before returning any items to let us know your reasons and to find a possible solution to the issue encountered.
⚠ If your product is defective, you may contact us within 30 days, providing a photo or video of the defective item. We will send a replacement product free of charge. In this exceptional case, you will not need to return the damaged product.

Refund
After receiving your return, you will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days following receipt of your parcel at our offices.
